We offer customized training plans that range anywhere from 800m on the track to the marathon. Based on the training block, we offer different prices. We will create this plan by working with the individual and their running past. We work with both experienced athletes and those who have never run before.

The pricing for these training plans are as follows:
* 1 Month (4 to 6 week plan) - $50
* 3 Months (8 to 16 week plan) - $90
* 6 Months (20 to 30 week plan) - $150
* 9 Months (30 to 40 week plan) - $220
* 12 Months (1 year) - $250

We also offer individual coaching services. This will allow continuous communication among the user and the coach. That way, the plan can be adjusted for different circumstances and allows more individualized training. We can also offer help with cross training and other advice throughout the training plan here.
