Wednesday nights 6:20-Boogie Nights 5K series on the Ventura Promenade until late July.  After late July , track workouts take place on Wednesday nights at Buena High School at 6:00                                                                                  

Cycling

Swimming

SWIM -Monday and Thursday mornings at the PV pool in Camarillo-
Workout start time at 6 am, pool opens at 5:30, so come early and get a nice warm up :-) Coached by  Brian- individual attention and tailored drills to improve YOUR swim.

Get ready for another season of Sunday ocean swimming starting in May, 2017!  Everyone is welcome to join us as we begin our 19th year of swimming along the beautiful Carpinteria coast. As always, we start at the Ash Avenue lifeguard tower and swim a set course, but with the distance up to you. This is not a race, but an experience for those who just love to swim in the big blue ocean. Ideal for all levels and abilities, either just wanting to splash around and get in a little exercise, to those training for major competitions.
Same time, same place. Meet at 11, in the water at 11:30. Kayakers will be on the water as guides marking the course. I'll be posting a conditions report a day or two before each swim, just to give you an idea on what to look forward to. Last but certainly not least, don't forget to bring a little something to share for our eat and greet afterwards...come for the swim, stay for the tasty snacks!
