Fall Cross Country This membership registration is for the AS YOU RUN CHEETAHS - GIRLS and BOYS ages 7-12yo. (1st through 6th grade). In our 6th year the program has developed runners of all abilities. This running program is our cross country season focusing on training in the grass and uneven terrain (hills!). We have 2 race opportunities this season. As always the session provides a strong coaching staff to teach proper running form, develop positive mindsets, and increase speed and strength. These group practices include running drills, teamwork, a running workout, stretching and prayer. Race shirt included! PRACTICE begins Wednesday, September 3 and ends on October 24th! RACE opportunities: Saturday, September 27th (10AM start): Race of Champions Fun Run, Lower Dauphin Middle School, Hummelstown, PA Friday, October 24th (5PM start): Annual Season's End, Gordon Ave, Wilkes-Barre We are so excited you're joining us as we cultivate natural running talent and develop young, confident runners! AS You Run was established in 2020 to provide running opportunities to girls in NEPA. With focus on goal development, building strength, running form and training you'll be running in a way that will give you the confidence to call yourself a runner!

Coach Ali Schappert has experience coaching junior high school, varsity, and collegiate cross country and track and field in Luzerne County. As a mom, she took the leap of faith to build a community of youth runners to fill the void of the lack of youth running programs in NEPA.

AS You Run's mission is to promote confidence in running through a Christian-faith view. We vision building a community of youth runners, who are strong of body and mind, and invest in the future running community of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
