How to choose Shipping or Local Pick Up

Local Pick up: Leave the "Quantity" box blank/zero and click on "Continue." Your order will be available for pick up at The Running Room, 819 Kapahulu Ave., 3 business days after the date of the purchase. Take your confirmation email (paper or smart phone) to pick up your items. Items not picked up within 2 weeks will be returned to inventory.

Shipping: If you prefer to receive your items by mail, you must purchase Shipping & Handling by entering 1, 2, or 3 (see below) in the Quantity box.  Locals may choose shipping or local pick up. Items may be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Sorry, there is no shipping to countries outside the U.S.

For a single item enter 1 in the Quantity box

For 2 - 4 items enter 2 in the Quantity box

For 5 or more items enter 3 in the Quantity box

Packages will take roughly 3 weeks to be shipped.
