Don't need as much accountability and just need a plan to get you across that finish line STRONG!:
Basic Plan plan is just that. Basic. We will meet one time. (Face to Face or FaceTime) This is good for the athlete that doesn’t need accountability but just needs to be told what to do on a daily basis and is self motivating.
You will receive:
- Non Customized Running Training program with Basic Training Peaks online training program.
- Chat and Set up meet with Coach Jess.
- Email and text contact
- No cross training developed in your program.
- Access to park running boot camps
- Group Facebook training page to make team announcements, plan events, post running pics, provide support, connect and have fun! You will still receive lots of info from me regarding running, nutrition and articles that I find helpful.
This membership includes basic RnR training with once a week boot camps.
