The RIT goal: Coach Jeremy provides the goal-driven run plan while Coach Becky provides the strength component that best complements the phase of run training. Youth Summer Running Club
June 18, 2019 to August 8, 2019
Participants can expect to perform drills and stretches, experience a variety of different workouts, play running games and learn valuable tips. The goal of our program is to make running fun as well as instilling a passion for our lifelong sport. These sessions are great for all types of runners as well as for athletes looking for off-season conditioning.
We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm at Sherando Park.
Minimum Age: 7 Maximum Age: 14
