Train for your best 10K and have fun doing it! With expert help from Runners’ Retreat, you can achieve your goals whether you’re training for your first 10K or hoping to beat last year’s time.

We'll set up your weekly training schedule plus coordinate group long runs on Saturdays starting Feb. 13 at 8:00AM and group workouts on Tuesdays starting March 15 (after the time change). They'll all start at Runners' Retreat unless otherwise notified.
Can't make the workouts as scheduled? We'll help you find a partner to run with on an alternate day or time.
After signing up, you'll be invited to join a private Facebook group where we'll post the weekly training schedule and any other pertinent updates. No Facebook? No worries! We'll keep you updated via email too.
This is for new runners or runners who have run a 5K and are looking to increase their distance. Walk-running is definitely acceptable.
This is for those runners who've made a few trips around the block and want to run a 10K faster than last time.
