Where: The Handley High School track
These workouts are great for any runner who wants to set new personal records or just learn to be comfortable on the track. They are also a perfect way to get prepped for this year’s Loudoun Street Mile on Memorial Day, May 28th!
Charles Bowles holds a Masters Degree in Exercise Science from George Mason University. His running research has been published in a nationally recognized journal. He’s also a USATF Level 2 certified coach and has furthered his education through more than 15 coaching clinics.
Courtney Thompson is your point person for all your training group questions. Her love-affair with running started 8 years ago on a half mile stretch of road. She’s now run 5 marathons and more half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks than she can count. She’s currently chasing an Olympic Trials qualifying time in the marathon.
