RACE DESCRIPTION
Ready, Set, Glow! Light up the night on this 5K course as you run, walk, or stroll but either way glow your way through this timed fun run! The more glowtastic you are, the better!! This event is open to participants of ALL AGES AND ABILITIES, we have even partnered with Ainsley's Angels for those are physically challenged, message us to find out how to become a chair rider in the event. This family-friendly event also features a 1-Mile Kids Fun Run just before dark (6:30pm), food trucks, music, photo booths, basket raffles, a KID'S ZONE, and a Glow Dance Party to finish off the night post race!
100% of the proceeds from your sponsorship and participant registration will support the life changing programs of Easterseals UCP, when you support Easterseals UCP, YOU are supporting the difference we make in the lives of 40,200 children, adults, and families in 11,000 home, facility & community locations across North Carolina & Virginia including those right here in New Bern!
Register by April 30th Registration is $20 for military use code "MILITARY" at registration and $30 for the general public.
May 1st until May 27th Registration is $25 for Military, use code "MILITARY" at registration and $35 for the general public.
After May 28th Registration is $40 for everyone.
Kids Fun Run Registration is $15.
Can't make the race, run with us VIRTUALLY and we will ship your shirt and medal to you post race. Please submit your virtual run anytime between Saturday, May 27th-Saturday, June 3rd via the RaceJoy app.
We plan to have FUN social media contests, and content just for our virtual runners.
Every Registered Runner gets a 2023 Glow Run T-Shirt (size only guaranteed by 5/6/23 registration), Glow Necklace, and Custom Finisher Medal (no medal for Kid's Run) Unisex T-shirt sizes include Youth M, & L, Adult S, M, L, XL, & XXL.
