As many of you know, I have been involved in the chronic kidney disease community since 2012. The annual Kidney Race to raise money for TN Kidney Foundation is upon us, and I know you all expect to hear from me around this time of year.
Many of you have donated in the past years, and I thank each of you for your kindness and generosity. Your funds went to help those living with chronic kidney disease in ways of community health screenings, transportation to and from lifesaving dialysis treatments, food access, emergency funds for utility bills, among other things.
