To receive the detailed Chicago Marathon or Chicago Triathlon training plan (or any distance of triathlon including 70.3 HALF IRON and 140.6 FULL IRON) in TRAININGPEAKS:

STEP 2) Send an email to your coach (or coach@4starendurance.com) to specify which EVENT, DISTANCE and EVENT DATE you need a training plan for and we'll push one out to your TrainingPeaks account automatically!  Some of our training plans are date-specific and updated every year as "dynamic" plans specific for major team events (e.g. Chicago Triathlon, Chicago Marathon, etc.) while other plans are "static" and can be applied to any event date.
