  • What is the schedule of events?
    • Check the race page on our website, the Facebook event page, or the emails we've sent you for the most accurate details. Third-party websites may not have the latest updates!
  • When can I expect my package?

    • Virtual packets are mailed the Wednesday following the live race.

  • What does the map look like?

    • Check the race page on our website, the Facebook event page, or the emails we've sent you for the most accurate details. Third-party websites may not have the latest updates!
  • Why is my name anonymous? 

  • Where is the race?

    • If the location isn't posted yet, we're just waiting on permitting to finalize the route.
  • Can I switch to virtual?

    • A participant can switch from a running event to a virtual event on RunSignup by following these steps: 
       
       
      1. Go to the profile menu 
         
         
      2. Scroll down to Upcoming Races and select Manage Registration 
         
         
      3. Select Transfer Event 
         
         
      4. Verify the original event and click Start Transfer 
         
         
      5. Select the new event 
         
         
      6. Confirm payment if needed 
         
         
      7. A confirmation email will be sent for the new event 
         

 

  • Where is my race?

    • Check the race page on our website, the Facebook event page, or the emails we've sent you for the most accurate details. Third-party websites may not have the latest updates!
  • Where can I find the results?

    • You can find your results on your race page under the "Results" tab.

  • Where can I find photos?

    • You can find race photos on your race page under the "Photos" tab. Please allow us 24 hours to upload them!
  • Do you put on races in my hometown?

    • Check out our locations to find a race near you! HERE

  • Are dogs allowed?

    • Leashed dogs are allowed! Please start at the back of the pack to give space to other runners and be mindful to keep the leash clear to avoid tripping.
  • Is the course paved?

    • Please refer to the course map located on the race page as well as partiocipant guide.
  • I can’t make the race but I purchased the insurance.

    • The insurance is purchased through RunSignUp, so you'll need to contact their support team for assistance.
  • Are Strollers allowed?

    • Yes! Strollers are allowed. Please start toward the very back or very front of the pack and be mindful of other runners.
  • USATF certified? 

    • No, our races are not USATF certified.

  • Aid stations? 

    • Please refer to the interactive map on the race page, facebook event page and/or participant guide. The aid stations are labeled there. 
  • Are walkers allowed? 

    • We love our walkers! We call them our party crowd. Due to permitting, there is a 3.5-hour time limit on our half marathon.
