President’s Message-2025
The vision for the club was to provide a year round, sustainable, adult running community for Summit County CO. All types of running including track, road and trail. Locals and visitors. We accomplished a lot in 2025 and there is more in store for 2026. Let’s do a quick recap.
1) Club was converted to a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization for Colorado
2) By-Laws, Board of Directors established
3) Affiliation with Road Runners Club of America (RRCA)
4) We had over 100 individual members in 2025
5) We had 5 Sponsors join us in 2025

5. Peak Running and Peak Lifestyle 15% discount for paid club members
6) We had club member discounts for races and series of races

2. Town of Frisco Run the Rockies Races
3. Slacker Half Marathon and Relay
7) We had over 40 scheduled training/club runs including track, trail, road, interval, hill workouts and Run Now/Wine Later through Continental Divide Winery.
8) We had 10+ social gatherings including after-run coffees and visits to Shifty Lifty
9) Financial prudence with approximate $1,500 carryover to 2026
10) Election of Officers for 2026 and appointment of Board Members
