This is a great way to find your membership and renew it.

If you need to look up your membership, enter relevant information for your membership below.

You must enter your email address and/or last name that must match the information on your membership if you enter your membership number.

Renew Without an Account

We will send an email to {{actionsPopupPlaceholderData.email}} to let them know that the membership is due for renewal. We'll include a link to renew the membership in the email.

Claim Account

You can claim this membership as your own in your existing account, then renew after setting up the account. All members of the account will be claimed as sub-accounts of your account.

When renewing your membership, you'll have two options to take:

  1. Claim Account
  2. Renew Without an Account

Claim Account

  • When claiming an account, you'll be asked to either log into OR create a new TicketSignup account to tie your membership to.
  • Once you've either logged into your account or created a new one, you'll be able to begin your renewal and pull in all of your profile information during the renewal process. 
  • Claiming your membership to an account will allow you to use features like the Membership Self Serve portal where you'll be able to make changes and adjustments to your membership at any time. 
    • You'll also be able to access and download your membership card to your digital wallet on your mobile device. This will be used to prove your active membership status in situations where an active membership is required to receive a CBMS membership benefit. 

Renew Without an Account

  • Renewing without an account will send an email to the email address associated with your membership. You'll be able to proceed through your renewal from the link that is included in the email you receive.

The Membership Self Serve portal will allow you to make changes to your membership as well as find important things like your digital wallet membership card. 

You must be logged into your TicketSignup profile tied to your membership to use this tool.
