Membership Levels
Individual
Individual Membership is for a person who is over 18 and is the only person in the household planning to participate in club activities. The Individual must fill out the application and sign the waiver.

Family Membership
Family Membership includes a primary contact (must be over 21) and one or more “family” members. A family member must live at the same address of the primary contact and can be a child, spouse, friend, etc. The primary contact (head of household) is responsible for relaying club information to family members, filling out the form, and signing the waiver.
