The mission of the Helena Vigilante Runners is "to promote health, fitness, and community through group training runs, races, and social events in the Helena area." Helena Vigilante Runners, Inc. (HVR) was incorporated in the State of Montana in 2009, and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Tax ID 27-0152585.
