This book was written by the "Father of the Honolulu Marathon", the late Jack H Scaff, Jr., a Honolulu Cardiologist who started the Honolulu Marathon in 1974 and co-founded the Honolulu Marathon Clinic.  With the help of dedicated volunteers who have completed at least one marathon, the HMC has been training beginners for 50 years.  This valuable guide has been monumental in encouraging, training and inspiring would-be marathoners over a 9 month period culminating in a 90% completion rate.

Take your confirmation email (paper or smart phone) to pick up your items. Items not picked up within 2 weeks will be returned to inventory.
