Monday - Easy 5K
We meet Mondays about 6:45 p.m. for an easy 5K. The run starts and ends at Coffee Trend. Afterward we sit outside to enjoy a beer or wine and conversation.
Tuesday - Core Workout
Led by Kristie Barbee, this group meets at the Memorial Park Running Center, 7575 North Picnic Lane, Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
