Annual board meeting information:

Coming up next month will be our Annual board meeting.  At the annual meeting we will be celebrating another year of being part of our wonderful running community with a small potluck, with refreshments and appetizers/snacks to share.  Bill Holmes will be covering Grand Prix Series results.  Out going President David Hale will provide a 2025 recap and a 2026 outlook for the club and overall schedules of planned events. All members are welcome to attend this or any other board meeting if interested.  

For 2026 the board members is looking for additional potential members that are interested in joining the board.  If interested please contact David Hale at Hale_da@hotmail.com.  The board members will take a vote on acceptance of any interested new board members that come forward any time during the year.  

IVS also needs a race director for the Spring Stampede.
