I'm launching a new KC Endurance High School Training Group for runners who want to become stronger, faster and better prepared for track season.

We'll focus on:

• Building an aerobic base
• Progressive mileage
• Speed development
• Strength & conditioning
• Proper recovery
• Race preparation
• Individualized training
• Learning how to train smarter

This is not a giant run club.

The goal is a small group where athletes receive real coaching and individualized attention.

Whether you're a freshman running your first season or an experienced varsity runner looking to take the next step, this program is designed to meet you where you are.

Winter training is where next season's fitness is built.
