This program has you running 5 days per week and will meet as a group on Tuesday evenings for speed work and on Saturday mornings for a long run. After you sign up, I will be in touch to see if you want to train for a 5k or half marathon.

If SoNo is too early and you are looking for a later race date, there is the Ridgefield Half Marathon and 7-miler on Sunday, October 22 ([2]https://runsignup.com/Race/CT/Ridgefield/PambyRidgefieldHalfMarathon). Training for Ridgefield would start three weeks later than SoNo on July 31.

I can also adjust the program dates if you have a different fall goal race in mind. After you sign up, I will be in touch to see which race you plan to run and if you want to train for the 5k, 7-miler or half marathon.
