MUSH Member (New)

Your MUSH membership is for up to 2 adults in same household. This application will accept up to 6 names (intended for 2 adults, 4 juniors). If you have more than 2 adults, use a separate membership form. If you have more juniors in your home, please email us to add them at no additional fee! 

  • New membership means you are brand new OR you have lapsed for more than 24 months.

MUSH Member (Renewal)

MUSH Member (already paid before Fort Custer)

Please only choose this if you paid after April 30, 2025 but before 11/3/2025 via PayPal or check to the MUSH Treasurer. You do not need to pay again but filling this out helps us maintain an accurate membership list on this platform so you will be ready for your renewal next year using this website! We are moving away from PayPal.
