Membership Levels
Your MUSH membership is for up to 2 adults in same household. This application will accept up to 6 names (intended for 2 adults, 4 juniors). If you have more than 2 adults, use a separate membership form. If you have more juniors in your home, please email us to add them at no additional fee!
- New membership means you are brand new OR you have lapsed for more than 24 months.

Description
Membership is required to participate in MUSH events. It is an annual membership. Your membership (no matter when paid) expires on the Saturday of the fall meeting each year (usually in October but the exact date varies). Your membership expires every fall.

NO MEMBERSHIP BY ENTRY DEADLINE for desired weekend = YOUR ENTRY MAY BE DENIED.
