Nope! We welcome all paces - walkers, runners, sprinters, and everyone in between. We’re here for community, and we promise that no one is timing you!
A thousand percent yes. Moving your body is the goal - however that looks for you. Walking, run-walking, crawling - it’s all celebrated at the MRC.
Most group runs are 2 - 4 miles with options to cut it short or add on. No pressure to go further than you want. It’s your run and your pace.
Perfect! We love meeting new people, and someone will absolutely chat with you (probably more than one someone). If you’re still unsure, you can always reach out to the MRC Crew (Lauren and Natalie), and they’ll be right there with you!
Running shoes, comfortable clothes, and water, although we usually provide water and Gatorades post-run (Tues. Laps and Lattes/Lagniappe Laps).
We usually hang out for some coffee, smoothies, or just some parking lot chit-chat. It’s just a cool way to get to know your running buddies and feel like a part of the MRC fam.
This run club is FREE! Zero fees. Zero membership dues.
