Adult Run Season
April-early August, members meet each Tuesday at Colony High School at 6 pm for our weekly coached track session. Once the trails are dry, we offer weekly trail runs on Thursday evenings throughout the Valley.

A 6-week structured running program that is focused on participation and the development of a healthy lifestyle.
June-July at Colony High School.
