Adult Run Season
April-early August, members meet each Tuesday at Colony High School at 6 pm for our weekly coached track session. Once the trails are dry, we offer weekly trail runs on Thursday evenings throughout the Valley.

Junior Season
MatSu Youth Running An 8-week structured running program that is focused on participation and the development of a healthy lifestyle.
June-July at Colony High School.
Ages 9-13 Tuesdays @ 4:30pm
Ages 14-18 Tuesdays @ 6pm.

Extended Adult Season
Extended Adult Season: 6 weeks, mid August-September, members meet Tuesdays at 6pm at various locations within the valley for track & trail sessions.
