Our New Hampshire Run Walk Training "T"eam trains together from the beginning of May - November. We employ the strategies made popular by Jeff Galloway and used by many runners throughout the world to enjoy running and to avoid injuries. Many members find that they can run for longer distance using this method or simply enjoy running more. The power of the group is very strong.
Your 6 month membership includes a group run every Saturday in locations (mostly rail trails) throughout So. New Hampshire with other runners at your pace. You will never run alone and you won't run with runners who are faster than you. We have multiple pace groups within each group run, paced by experienced runners. We will help you figure out what pace and run walk ratio is right for you. The fee also includes a race plan for whatever race you might choose to run. Whatever miles you have for each weekend's long run will be what you run with the group. Some runners choose to come each weekend and run for fitness without a specific race/distance goal in mind. I can help you select a race once you get started. You will also receive a wicking t-shirt for the group. Besides these, there is also the camaraderie of the group that many think is the best part of joining this group.
