Members agree to conduct themselves in accordance with standard expectations of sportspersons: treat those in shared spaces with civility*, celebrate accomplishments without diminishing those of others, and accept results with grace, even if they fall short of the worked for outcomes. Violating this code of conduct may result in removal from the team with no refund at the discretion of team management. 

*Civility for this purpose is a manner not likely to offend the general public including, but not limited to, refraining from swearing at or insulting others, acting in a way that would reasonably cause fear or constitute intimidation, or otherwise being blatantly inconsiderate.
