Join us Wednesday evenings for our fun, energetic group runs designed to improve your running performance. Our certified running coach designs strategic workouts doable for runners of all experience levels. We'll explore different strategies including strides, tempo effort, hilly routes, repetitions, etc. Strategy is optional!
We meet every Wednesday evening at various parks in our Henderson community. "Ready to Run" by 6:30pm. Run strategy, route review and dynamic warmup prior to our start. 10 minute core workout and stretch session following our run.
Don't forget to bring cold water, hat/visor, and sunglasses, plus a mat/towel/or blanket for our post run core workout.
