Membership Levels
We meet every Saturday morning at various coffee shops in our Henderson community. "Ready to Run" by 6:30am (our run start time will shift with the growing heat). Come a few minutes early to hear the route. Route can be modified for *any* running distance. Following your run, plan to stay and enjoy a cup of coffee and each other's company!
Don't forget to bring cold water. Electrolytes and fuel if you plan to run over 60 minutes. Summer run gear- hydration vest or belt, hat or visor, and sunglasses encouraged.

We meet every Wednesday evening at various parks in our Henderson community. "Ready to Run" by 6:30pm. Run strategy, route review and dynamic warm up prior to our start. 10 minute core workout and stretch session following our run.
Don't forget to bring cold water, hat/visor, and sunglasses, plus a mat/towel/or blanket for our post run core workout.

Session 1 will meet Monday nights in June (6/8, 6/15, 6/22) from 6:30-7:30pm at Sunridge Park. We'll break the week of 6/29 before starting Session 2.
Our 3 week session is aimed at introducing running and running topics to girls in a fun, positive, safe and judgement free environment. During our time together we will explore dynamic warm up exercises, fun running strategies, games, post run stretching, and basic strength exercises. Not only will we focus on building fitness and endurance every Monday, but we will also focus on building self confidence and team camaraderie.
Suggested summer nights run gear- cold water, sunscreen, hat or visor, and sunglasses. Don’t forget a towel or mat for our post run strength and stretching.
Our “Summer Nights” girls run club is hosted by RRCA certified running coach, Katie Turner. For the last 12 years Coach Katie has been working in our local community hosting twice weekly group runs for local women. She provides personalized run coaching and training plans for women of all experience levels- those hoping to “cross the finish line” and those pursuing time standards to qualify for major marathons. She coaches and runs for the RISE Running Team. She has two daughters of her own who she loves to run with!

Our run club provides local women, in our southern Nevada community, with the opportunity to gather together in a supportive, encouraging environment and run! We host twice weekly group runs, year-round, meeting at various parks and coffee shops around Henderson. Rise & Run is meant for all women of any running experience level. Our group runs are designed and hosted by our RRCA certified running coach.
Saturday morning group runs are our beloved, long slow distance runs. Routes are designed to accommodate runners of all experience levels, running any distance. Our goal is to enjoy these beautiful mornings, while running in the company of other amazing women. We typically meet at one of the many local coffee shops so that following our run we have a great excuse to stay and enjoy coffee and conversation with one another.
Wednesday evening group runs appeal to those wishing to improve their run performance in a fun, energetic group atmosphere. Run strategies are doable for all experience levels and include strides, farteks, tempo effort, hilly routes, repetitions, etc. Following our evening runs, we perform a 10 minute core workout maximizing the benefit of our training time.
