Sunday Traning
On Sundays, we meet up at 6:30 am at the Gage Pavillion in Arlignton Heights Park .
This is our main training session with pace groups. If it's your 1st time with us, join us on a Sunday.

Wednesday Training
On Wednesdays, we meet up at 5:30 am for a flat 6 mile run or a 3 mile walk starting at the Riverside Elks Lodge.
No pace groups or leaders, so it's an open run at your own pace.

Friday Training
On Fridays, it is a 3 - 5 mile run (or a 3 mile hike) up Mt. Rubidoux. No pace groups or leaders, so it's an open run at your own pace.
We meet in the parking lot between Butch’s Grinders and Mission Burgers.
