Introductory sessions
Sunday May 17th and May 24th, 8 am at Natural Bridges State Beach
Sunday long runs
8:00am at various locations around the county (first meeting Sunday May 31st)
Wednesday speed workouts
6:00pm at the Santa Cruz High track (first meeting Wednesday June 3rd)

Meet Coach Jade
Jade Moore is an ultra runner who has been coaching running professionally for two
years and has been running her entire life. She has run multiple 50k trail races in the Santa Cruz and Monterey area, as well as a 50-miler in Castro Valley, CA and a 100-miler in Bend, OR. Jade aspires to share her love for running and make strong, confident movement accessible to everyone.
Jade holds a Masters in Psychology and is pursuing her PhD in Social Psychology at UCSC.
