Soal Running Club was established in 2023 to provide a supportive environment by motivating and encouraging others through physical activity and connection. All runners of all levels and backgrounds are welcome to join our community and experience the benefits of group runs, and surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals!

Newsletter goes out Wednesday morning with information concerning Track Night, Saturday long run, and any new updates! Please make sure to sign up for a standard or premium membership to receive the newsletter.
Track Nights are on Wednesday's at Dalton High School at 6 PM (Fall) 6:30 PM (Spring)

Strength and Conditioning: This year we will incorporate strength and conditioning to focus on strengthening our legs to reduce injuries and to keep our legs strong and healthy.

Summer (May-July)
Saturday Long Runs are at different local coffee shops or parks with different distances. Saturday runs will be year around!
