Ideal for newer runners, those returning from injury or a break, or anyone seeking a lower-intensity, gradual approach to speed training.

  • Designed to build confidence, efficiency, and stamina with less volume and intensity.
  • Workouts are guided by Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE) and personalized paces, ensuring you train safely and effectively.
  • Levels are fluid, your coach can make a switch between Level 1 and Level 2 if needed.
