Whether you're gearing up for a race like the Bayshore or any other 2025 running event, our Winter/Spring Bayshore Training Class is here to help you achieve your personal best. Registration is OPEN, and we’ve designed this program with YOU in mind!

Tailored Training: Whether you’re a beginner just starting to run or an experienced runner chasing a new PR, Coach Mike has a training plan for you! Multiple levels of training are available, individually designed to fit your specific race goal and distance.
Mentor Support: You’ll be guided by experienced runners of all paces who will offer valuable tips, motivation, and accountability throughout your journey.
Flexible Options: We cater to runners training for anything from their first 5K to a full marathon, ensuring a personalized approach to help you succeed.
New for 2025: Get even more support with our online software that integrates seamlessly with your smart watch or phone! Track your progress, log your workouts, and stay connected with your coach every step of the way.
We’re also offering the opportunity to sign up for training by season/ cycle OR monthly.
The 18-week and/or 9-week sessions begin January 20th, and the additional 9-week session begins March 17th.
Training for Bayshore? It is strongly recommended those preparing for a half or full marathon in late May register for the full session.
