Chick-fil-A 5k Training
In preparation for the Chick-fil-A 5k (04/11/26), we are excited to announce that we will be starting a new round of 5k training!
This is a 6 week program and begins on Monday, March 2 at 6:30 PM Memorial Stadium Track, and everyone is welcome to join. This is a "run at your own pace" program, and all the workouts will be posted online for people to follow along.
We have 3 weekly group runs:
- Mondays at 6:30 PM - Memorial Stadium Track
- Wednesdays at 6:30 PM - Riverside Stadium
- Saturdays at 6:30 AM - Riverside Stadium
