Summer Maintenance Training

Since there are a limited number of local runs during the summer months, we will begin a summer maintenance program on Monday, July 13!

This is an 7 week program and begins on Monday, July 13 at 6:30 PM Memorial Stadium Track, and everyone is welcome to join. This is a "run at your own pace" program, and all the workouts will be posted online for people to follow along. 

We have 3 weekly group runs:

  • Mondays at 6:30 PM - Memorial Stadium Track
  • Wednesdays at 6:30 PM - Riverside Stadium
  • Saturdays at 6:30 AM - Riverside Stadium

Looking ahead, we will have 2 more 6 week 5k training blocks in 2026:

  • Monday, August 31 in preparation for Citizens Run Against Cancer 5k (Saturday, October 10)
  • Monday, October 19 in preparation for the Turkey Trot (Thursday, November 26)
