Welcome to Week 3 of our summer running program!

This week will be a normal practice week, the schedule is posted below.

This Saturday is the big run, next Saturday we have a WOL Breakfast Run in Marsh Oaks, and the following Saturday is the Blueberry Festival 5K and 1 mile.   Please see below on the schedule for RSVPing for the breakfast run.

This past week we did an informal time trial.  Here are the results!

5/22/24  Mini Track Meet/Time Trial Night

1600 m and 400 m results. It was a hot night and the WOL Trailblazers blazed on anyways, with lots of awesome times. It was a blast to have the adult WOL team working hard right alongside the crew. Stronger together, thank you for the push!
