Timing Equipment Rental
Are you planning on hosting a race and need some equipmnt? BGRC does rent it’s timing equipment to race directors to help conduct their race. Equipment is rented on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availabilty due to club events. If you’d like to rent equipment, please click this link below to submit a rental request:
If you have questions, contact our Equipment Manager, Sam Flener, by clicking link below. Rental fees are $150 with an additional (refundable) deposit of $150 (total of $300); typical rental time is 4 days. Requests required 30 days prior to event date.
EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:
2 hand-held timers with timing printouts
LED finish line timing clock and stand
Finish line gender / age group card boxes with aid for scoring / awards
Finish line chute (flags and stands)
Orange traffic cones
Megaphones (2)
6’ folding tables (2)
Additional equipment needed but not supplied:
AA batteries for hand-held timers and race finish cards (3x5 index cards numbered 1 - xxx)
For an additional rental fee of $100 (with a refundable deposit of $100), 2500 watt powered public speaker system, stand and microphone may also be rented. Available to rent ONLY with timing equipment package.
