I understand that I am NOT entitled to a refund under any circumstances including but not limited to any change or alteration of this event due to an act of god such as weather-related occurrences, COVID-19, change in location, postponement of the event, cancelation, and safety of our participants.
If this race is canceled you agree to participate in a Virtual Version of the race or defer to a future for an additional fee.
