Refund Policy
James City County Parks & Recreation will grant a refund for any reason minus a $1.50 service charge in addition to a 10% processing fee on the total registration amount paid. Once packet pickup arrangements have been made for your registration, a refund cannot be granted. Refunds will not be honored after March 3, 2023.
