Refund Policy
The Loppet is committed to ensuring a fair refund policy for participants in our programs. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the participant, a full refund of the program fee, minus the processing fee, will be issued up until 6 weeks before the program starts. Between 6 and 4 weeks from the program start date, a 50% refund will be provided. Additionally, between 4 and 3 weeks from the program start date, a 25% refund will be issued. There are no refunds for cancellations within less than 3 weeks of the program's commencement. In cases of weather-related cancellations or modifications for individual days of camp, refunds will not be provided. If an entire week of camp is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the Loppet will strive to reschedule that week to a later date. If the attempt to reschedule is unsuccessful, participants will be eligible for a full refund, minus the processing fee.
