Refund Policy
In event of cancelation for weather there will be no refunds.
In event of cancelation for Covid-related mandates, participant will have a choice of participating virtually and submitting their times to us or receiving a refund of 50% of the registration fee (not including the service charges). If a participant opts to participate virtually we will send the participant’s T-shirt and medal to them. If the participant chooses to not participate virtually (and thus not receive a medal or T-shirt), the participant will instead receive a refund of 50% of registration fees. We will mail a check for this 50% to the address they used to sign up.
No refund in the event a participant cancels their participation or does not show. A participant cannot transfer their registration to another person.
