Recent findings show that 38% of cancer patients are at risk for clinically significant levels of depression and 49% are at risk for clinically significant levels of anxiety. But research has shown that participation in support groups, like the one's provided by Gilda's Club, have an overall positive impact on morale and other quality of life factors, short of prolonging life.

100% of every donation made stays right here in South Florida to support our free evidence-based program of support groups, education, healthy lifestyle workshops, social connections and resources and referrals for men, women, and children impacted by cancer. Our services enable cancer patients to partner with their treatment team to manage their treatment and recovery most effectively, increase their chances for survival, reduce their chances of recurrence, and provide for the highest possible quality of life.

We never turn anyone away, and all of our services are always provided free of charge in order to be readily accessible to people facing cancer in their time of need.  Your donations make this possible.  And you can trust that you are making a difference.
