Refund Policy
Wolf Pack Adventures will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is due to acts of nature, such as forest fire, pandemic, inclement weather, flooding, wildlife concerns, etc. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to acts of nature. No refunds will be issued to participants who want to withdraw or who do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. Participants may transfer to another event. No refunds will be issued to participants who transfer to other events. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we will allow injured runners to defer their registration to a different race, event, or the following year, or to another runner. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners.
