Refund Policy
This event is set up as a fundraiser. Your entry fee goes to help secure race day needs like shirts, medals, street closures etc with remaining proceeds going to help fund Winter Haven Optimist Club Youth Programs. No refunds will be given at this time. If you already signed up and cannot make the in-person event on Dec 19, 2026, you can still pickup your packet at packet pickup or have someone pick it up for you and run your distance virtually.
