Refund Policy
This event is set up as a fundraiser. Your entry fee goes to help secure race day needs like shirts, medals, street closures etc with remain proceeds going to help fund Winter Haven Optimist Club Youth Programs. No refunds will be given at this time. If you already signed up and cannot make the in-person event on Dec 14, 2024, you can still pickup your packet at packet pick or have someone pick it up for you and run your distance virtually or you can differ your entry to 2025. (Exact date TBD) Thank you for your understanding.
