Refund Policy
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. Should you be unable to participate due to injury or illness you may defer your race entry to for a $30 fee or transfer your entry to someone else. These actions are allowed during the approved deferral/transfer window only.
We do not issue refunds if the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control such as: Acts of God, weather conditions, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, etc.
The ONLY exception made is for active military personnel who submit deployment papers to us showing they will not be able to attend the event. Please do not contact us with any other "special" circumstances. By entering your initials during registration you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
