Hi! I’m Christine, mom to Oliver—my sweet, handsome “best boy.”
We are genuinely excited you found us! The Dog Wash Self-Service Salon is a dream that became a reality in December 2024, born out of my own experience as a dog mom.
Why The Dog Wash?
From 2012 to 2024, I had two beloved German Shepherds. I loved them dearly, but I didn’t love the struggle of professional grooming: the high costs, the long wait times for appointments, and the back-breaking mess of washing them in my own tub. When I looked for a clean, safe, and affordable self-service option around Clayton that fit a professional work schedule, I realized it simply didn’t exist.
So, I took a leap of faith. My mission was to create a space where:
- It’s Convenient: We are open 365 days a year, from 7 am to 9 pm daily. No more stressful “nightmare” appointment scheduling—just walk in whenever it works for you!
- It’s Easy: Professional-grade equipment that takes the “work” out of the wash.
- It’s Natural: Only chemical-free, natural products for your pups.
- It’s Clean: A welcoming, modern space with no “dog smell” and sustainable features like motion-controlled LED lighting.
