Freedom Ride Rescue Turkey Day 5K

Start Thanksgiving Day dancing!!

• 7 am: Registration opens -  register online or right until race time!

  • Try your luck at raffles and do a little shopping for dog themed items (open until after the awards)

  • Meet Cory Walker and see his Wake County Speedway race car (pictured), and its brand new Freedom Ride Rescue logo on the hood

  • Get a Massage from The Healing Arts and Massage School (2023 pictured)

  • Doggy Hydration Station by Brutus Bone Brot

  • Coffee available from The Darling Doughnuts Boutiques

• 8:10 am: Announcements and little about Freedom Ride Rescue and a YOGA warmup 

• 8:30 am: 5K runners in heats followed by the 1 mile fun run/walkers

• Once all 5K runners are back: 5K awards ceremony

• Raffle award winners drawn and will be delivered at Thanksgiving

• Pick up personal direction signs (email us if you need to pick up later: turkeyday@freedom-ride.org)

• Look for amazing photos from the event by Canine Threads (look at the 2022 photos!!!) We are thrilled they'll be back agan this year!
