Refund Policy
INCLIMENT WEATHER POLICY: If weather is projected to prohibit the in person race from happening, we will change the race to being 100% virtual, to be completed anytime during the month of October. Additional swag bag pickup days will be arranged or bags can be shipped.
IN PERSON RACE REFUND POLICY: If you are not able to attend the in person race, refunds can be requested until 10/8/22 at 11:59pm CST. The registration processing fee is non-refundable. Any add-on's purchased are non-refundable.
VIRTUAL RACE REFUND POLICY: 100% registration fee refunds can be requested until 10/25/22 at 11:59pm CST. Refunds are not available if your swag bag has already been shipped. The registration processing fee is non-refundable. Any add-on's purchased are non-refundable.
