ULTRANAUT RUNNING DOES NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By completing registration for this event, you acknowledge that you agree with our refund, credit, deferral, transfer, and charge back policies. These are the terms and conditions of registration. There are no exceptions to these policies.
We offer 50% credit with deferments done more than 30 days from race day and bib transfers if done by May 1st. We also offer the option at checkout to add race insurance if you are worried you could possibly need to withdraw.
With these policies we are trying to be as accommodating as possible. We are a small business and we incur most costs months before the event. Our refund & deferment policies are non-negotiable & go beyond what most other events in the industry are offering. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN EXCEPTION.
